November and the harvest continues
Mild temperatures have allowed for some casual wanders into the fields and the harvest of some nice greens including Mustard, Kale and Swiss Chard. The best harvests are often the ones that you don't count on and the bounty undoubtedly surprises you!
It will be interesting to see what we come up with for Thanksgiving......who knows what treasures remain to be found before they are covered under a blanket of snow. We are certainly in no hurry for snow and this fine stretch of mild fall weather can linger as long as it likes with no complaints even from the skiers.
